I edited the photo of this dancer using Photoshop to better highlight her and make her stand out from the busy background on the stage. First, I copied her onto a new layer and used the tilt-shift filter to add blur to the background while maintaining depth. I also used content-aware fill and a mask with a 50% hard brush to smooth out any hard edges. To improve the overall quality of the image, I applied Topaz AI's sharpening filter to the dancer. I'm pleased with the final result and hope it will be a cherished memory of her Nutcracker performance for her mother.
